Are your products brand new or used?
The vast majority of our inventory consists of brand-new, never-used surplus items. Any items that are open-box or scratch-and-dent will be clearly labeled in the product description.
How do you handle shipping for large items like AC units?
Large or heavy items are shipped via LTL freight. We offer competitive shipping rates nationwide, and you can also choose local pickup at our warehouse to save on delivery costs.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, provided they are in their original, uninstalled condition. Please note that because we deal in liquidations, some 'As-Is' sales may be final.
Do products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Since we are a liquidator, manufacturer warranties vary. Most items carry the full factory warranty, but we recommend verifying the specific warranty status listed on the product page before purchasing.
