At Surplus City Liquidators, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Surplus City

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the box and drop it off at a designated shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
